

In the troubleshooting process, I uninstalled the fingerprint reader device in "Device Manager" along with its driver. It happened on all "up to date" (v.2004) Windows 10 enterprise domain joined computers but I also confirm the same problem on a Windowsġ0 PRO (v.1903) NOT domain joined computer. Here is what I did:įirst, please note that this happened all suddenly last week after some years of good working (since Windows 7). I do not know the root cause of why it suddenly stopped working, nor I know why the last fix finally made it work again. After some time of troubleshooting, it finally works again.
